Original Adas Israel Synagogue.  Dedicated 1876 - Restored 1975.  Listed on the United States register of historic places and an officially designated landmark of the District of Columbia.  Maintained by the Jewish Historical Society of Greater Washington as the Lillian and Albert Small Jewish Museum of Washington.
